Do you offer payment plans? The Launch payment is preferred upfront. Alternatively, you can pay 50% upon commencing and the other 50% within 7 days The Monthly Management fee is paid upfront at the beginning of every month. This is because I hire freelancers to support the management of your show. If you skip a week, this will be credited to your account.
-
How long are your contract terms? The Launch contract is a once off payment and the contract lasts until you're ready to launch, typically 4-6 weeks. If you need more time, this can be discussed. Monthly Management can be cancelled with 1 months notice.

Who will I be working with? You'll always interface with moi! Sometimes I work with editors when the workload gets hectic but final quality control is always me
-
How often will I hear from you?On the Management plan, I'll send you a weekly email the day before your show airs, with a link to your episode and your episode description. This is so that you can listen to it ahead of it going live and make edits to the episode description if necessary. If there's anything "too spicy" in your episode, I'll send it to you ahead of time for you to Yay or Nay its deletion. I've got you! On the Launch plan you will hear from me several times a week on email. We have two scheduled Zoom calls, one at the beginning of the process and one just before launch - and can always arrange more if needed.

How do I monetize my show? The big question! I love money, and I want all my clients to get rich off their hard work. Monetization is almost exclusively based on your download statistics. The more listeners you have, the easier it is to attract sponsors. This is why Growth Strategy is so important! This service is built into my Monthly Management plan. The other ways to observe your podcast's impact is: - an increase in social media followers - positive feedback from listeners - an increase in your business sales - positive feedback from industry peers

What can a Podcast Producer do for me that I can't do for myself?TLDR : I take on the hours of legwork, elbow grease and admin that you don't have the time for. Podcasting is not rocket science, but it is a circus act. There are many moving parts, technicalities and lots and lots of admin. You can produce your show yourself if you learn how to edit and master audio, navigate your hosting platform, learn how to create social media assets, and then repeat this process every single week so that you publish episodes consistently. Most working professionals and parents don't have the time or interest to learn these skills. If you want a consistent podcast that grows and becomes monetizeable, you will need some level of help

Where does your job as my Podcast Producer begin and end?Podcast growth is squarely based on two things: consistency+audience. I do the first part, you do the second. As a Podcast Producer I am the hardware and infrastructure of your show. My job is to make sure you publish on a consistent day of the week, with a consistent quality, and to ensure you have the bare minimum social media assets (audiograms) to promote your show yourself. Your job is to own your creation loudly and proudly, to come up with ideas for your show, to promote your show, and to cultivate and maintain a captive audience through various social media channels. I can and will advise on strategy and growth but my remit is primarily Production. For even more robust council you should seek out a Marketing Strategist or Podcast Promoter.

I have an old/existing podcast. Can we still work together?Absolutely! Working with existing podcasts and reviving old ones is fun and rewarding. Tell me about your show, where it left off and where you want it to go, and I'll let you know how I can help!
